Executive LinkedIn content for B2B tech
Deals don't close with buyers who've never heard of you.
We'll build your execs a LinkedIn presence that drives pipeline, attracts top talent and investors, and lands partnerships that turn into revenue.
You know you should be "doing LinkedIn"... but where the heck do you even start?
Everyone agrees the CEO should be posting. Everyone agrees the buyers are there. And then a quarter goes by, the company page has four posts on it, and the topic comes back up in a leadership meeting like it never left.
A
It landed on your plate
Thought leadership became your job on top of demand gen, events, product launches, and the website. It loses to whatever has a deadline, which is everything else.
B
The execs won't sit down
Your founder knows it matters. Your CXOs keep saying they'll get to it. But they run a company, so they never do, and you can't exactly assign them homework.
C
The last attempt stalled
You tried running it in-house, or the exec posted a few times to a network built at their last company. It (at best) produced learnings, and then it stopped.
We'll take LinkedIn off your plate and crush it for your execs.
Founders, CEOs and Heads of Marketing love working with us.
"You want feedback? Well, I worked with 2 other ghostwriting agencies before and you guys are the best. We're about to close one of our largest deals thanks to your work."
"I really appreciate your service vs AI for the execs and really trust you guys create good content. I think you are ultra valuable for our execs who in general don't have the time (and sometimes the will) to do LinkedIn."
"I've spent years publishing content and I've never seen the impact you guys drove in just 3 months."
"Posts are great! You guys are doing great work!! 👏
We'll manage the entire engine, give you 100% visibility, and make sure it fits your execs' busy calendars.
Easy for the execs, easy for marketing. That's the design constraint behind every step we follow. And because you deserve to see exactly what you're buying, our step-by-step process is laid out below, all of it.
-
01
We study your buyers and your story
Before we write a word, we dig into who your buyers are and what they care about, plus the perspective only your execs have: the company story, the sharp opinions, the specific value you create for clients. That research becomes the foundation for every post.
-
02
We pull the good stuff out of your execs' heads
Every two weeks, your exec hops on a focused 30-minute call with us. We show up with tailored prompts built to draw out their best insights, and they just talk. Every call is recorded and transcribed, and then they get back to running the company.
-
03
We turn it into posts that stop the scroll
We shape their spoken words into LinkedIn posts in their voice, using formats we've tested across 20+ exec accounts. Posts built to start conversations and bring inbound interest, never to make anyone cringe.
-
04
You review and approve everything
Nothing goes live without an enthusiastic yes. We iterate until every post sounds like your exec on their best day, and approvals take minutes in Slack, not meetings.
-
05
We help your execs grow a network of ideal buyers
Great content needs the right eyeballs, so we connect your execs with 10 qualified decision-makers every day. The network fills up with the people you sell to, and the content lands in front of them.

06
We help you book demos from LinkedIn
We mine the engagement to surface warm leads: your ICPs who liked, commented, or viewed your exec's profile. Your sales team gets a steady feed of buyers already warmed up by the content.

Still got questions? We got answers.
How much of our execs' time will this take?
About an hour and a half a month, all in. One 30-minute call every two weeks, plus post approvals in Slack or email that take a couple of minutes each. Your execs never write anything, and neither do you.
What do the first 30 days look like?
Week one, we study your buyers, your sales motion, and your execs' stories. Week two, the first interview happens and the first posts go into review. By the end of the month your execs are publishing consistently, their profiles are rebuilt, and you have a roadmap for the next quarter.
How do you measure results and prove ROI?
We track engagement from the titles and accounts you sell to, warm leads surfaced from that engagement, and the "how did you hear about us" answers on your forms and sales calls, because a buyer who reads your exec for six weeks before booking a demo never shows up in last-touch attribution. You get a monthly readout you can forward to your CFO. One client booked 15 qualified calls in 50 days, and we tracked every one back to the content.
We've tried ghostwriting before and it didn't work. Why would this go differently?
That describes several of our clients on day one. The pattern we see: the last agency wrote generic content about the industry instead of specific content aimed at your buyers, and nobody grew the audience, so good posts landed in front of the wrong people. We fix both at once, and one CEO who came to us from two other agencies is now about to close one of his largest deals from the work.
Can you use content we already have?
Yes, and we love it when you do. Webinars, podcast appearances, recorded sales calls, old blog posts: they become interview prompts and post material. The folder of recordings you never had time to clip becomes an asset on week one.
Why not hire in-house or just use AI?
An in-house hire gives you one skill for one salary, and then you manage them. AI gives you volume, and your buyers can smell it from the first line. Execs need a team: someone to find the insight, someone to write the voice, someone to grow the audience. We show up as that team from day one, at a fraction of the in-house cost.
What if our exec hates self-promotion?
Then they'll fit right in. The execs who cringe at promotional content make the best clients, because the content we write shares real experience and specific opinions, and it never pitches the product from their mouth. Buyers can tell the difference from the first line, and so will your exec.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Contracts run quarterly, so you judge us on results, and you expand when the results earn it. Clients call it crawl, walk, run, and we like it that way.
